At Florish Creations LLC, each item is created and prepared with care. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, or made to order, please review the following policy before purchasing.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please carefully review all personalization details, sizes, colors, and design selections before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items
For eligible non-custom items, please contact Florish Creations within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order information and photos of the item so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
